You will be responsible for growing and optimizing our emerging channels like Tiktok, Taboola, LinkedIn and Twitter (and more if we’re willing test!) by helping the Paid Social Media Lead develop growth strategies and creating SOPs, building and optimizing campaigns, all while testing and defining different tactics to increase our student acquisition as well as lowering out costs per lead, among many other KPIs.
This is a performance marketing role: the focus will be on conversion campaigns.
? Building and optimizing campaigns across paid social media channels like Tiktok, Taboola, LinkedIn and Twitter.
? Analyzing performance along the entire user journey (from impression to sale) to make optimization recommendations of campaigns and ideate test strategies with your supervisor
? Understand a unified media strategy across all paid media channels and how to strategically evaluate paid social in the media mix
? 2+ years’ experience developing and driving the social strategy of complex digitally focused acquisition marketing campaigns ideally for a direct-to-consumer product
? In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
? Strong understanding of self-serve platforms, API technology and in-platform reporting tools: Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Business Center, Twitter Analytics, and more.
? Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management
? Ability to build customer segmentation and analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insight to recommend & inform marketing growth campaigns to share with your supervisor
? Must speak fluent English (B2 and above)
