You could be the person we need if you...
* Are fluent in both written and spoken English;
* Have previous experience servicing English-speaking customers (preferably for a SaaS company);
* Can explain even the most complex software functionality in simple terms;
* Are ready to learn the ins and outs of our video hosting and streaming platform;
* Can create easy-to-understand step-by-step guides;
* Have excellent computer literacy including Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Web;
* Are a quick learner who's always excited to acquire new skills;
* Have a problem-solving attitude and like to figure things out;
* Are responsible, dedicated and positive;
* Can work during PST business hours;
It's also a PLUS if you have...
* Basic Linux knowledge and understanding of HTML;
* Basic understanding of tcp/ip networking & dns;
* basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, cms platforms like wordpress, crm solutions like intercom, social networks and google analytics;
