Additional technical details

Data from our API can be returned in 3 different formats:

serialized - Data is returned in a serialized format and can be decoded with php's native unserialize() function
json - data is returned in json format and can be decoded with json_decode() function (included in php since 5.2.0)
XML -Write your own XML parser to handle the output
Our api examples are using php but you could use virtually any programming language to interact with our api.

We have an API rate limit of 5 requests per second per reseller. For this reason it is wise to think about each call and whether you can utilize calls for multiple options and/or cache some of your data locally. Partners with high demands can contact us for a custom rate limit solution.

Hi I am looking for some one to help me start a Multi Vendor Marketplace preferably on WordPress using Woo-commerce but I am open to other suggestions. This will be in Central America so I need the person to understand Spanish very well. My goal is to have a Modern looking website where people can buy and sell goods online safely and securely.
I will as well be providing the shipping myself, I will not be using any courier service. I will pick up products from Vendors once they are ordered and I will deliver to the customer as well so I also need a custom order tracking status function.

Things I need the website to achieve specifically in addition to normal Multi Vendor Website Functions.

For Vendors -
1. Vendors must be able add and edit their own products very simply.
2. Vendors can view live sales and reports for their products
3. Vendors have their own individual storefronts, and blend in with the site through your regular shop pages too
4. Notification to Vendors of new orders
5.
Vendors receive payment through PayPal

For Admin -
1. Admin must be able to receive a commission from products sold on the website.
2. Admin needs to be able to pay vendors through PayPal ONLY after orders have been delivered and marked as completed
3. Admin can Review and approve both Vendors and Products before they are added.
4. Admin can process returns for customers and hold money from Vendors until return period has expired.

These are my main goals I would like to accomplish and i probably will need someone On Going to continue to do maintenance and security here and there until I can hire some one full time. Of course these are my wishes and I understand I cannot accomplish this all at once. I look forward to finding some one to both give me advice and help me accomplish my task.
