Project overview

I am a music artist with a lot of experience in social media editing (previously ran a small short form agency), and I'm in the process of scaling my music business and am looking for a reliable editor so I can focus solely on direction and production - most important trait I'm looking for is delivering videos on time and communicating honestly, clearly and timely. I'm pretty flexible when unexpected things come up, but patterns of ghosting and missed deadlines are unacceptable. Sticking to schedule is imperative for this role, and it is straight forward: We agree on a workflow (video delivery can be daily weekly or monthly), and videos must be submitted by that day according to instructions and brand guidelines. I like to nail instructions and guidelines early on so we have to go through a minimal amount of revisions, ideally zero revisions to make the most of our time together.
