I am in need of a remote administrative assistant to help with email management. It s to respond on facebook to any requirements for house moving or transport services. There will be groups and adverts to place and responses to make.

You will answer in english if the person writes in english and if its a portuguese person (its where i live) then you will use google translate for the respnse

Tasks:

- Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing emails

- Responding to emails on my behalf

- Sorting and prioritizing emails based on urgency and importance

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Attention to detail

- Proficient in email management tools and software

Work Arrangement:

- This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere

- No on-site work required

Schedule:

- I am looking for an assistant who can work 1-4 hours per week
