API Data Entry Specialist

We’re looking for a methodical and organized researcher to browse API documentation websites, gather key details, create accounts in each site, and log findings in a structured spreadsheet. No advanced technical expertise is necessary, but having basic knowledge of APIs and developer documentation is helpful.


📌 Note: This opportunity is only open to candidates from LATAM.


What You’ll Do:


➡️ Go through a provided list of API websites (e.g., Stripe, Kashflow, etc.).
➡️ Find and extract links to their developer documentation.
➡️ Create an account in or contact their team to create an account
➡️ Configure the account so that we can access it programmatically and extract the credentials
➡️ Confirm whether the API includes specific methods (criteria will be clearly outlined).
➡️ Record all gathered information in a spreadsheet database, following the required format.


What We’re Looking For:


✅ Must be based in LATAM
✅ Strong accuracy and ability to carefully follow guidelines
✅ Basic understanding of APIs and how to navigate developer documentation
✅ Well-organized with good time management skills
✅ Reliable computer and stable internet connection


Project Insights:
📌 A step-by-step guide with examples will be provided to make the process straightforward.
📌 You’ll work with widely-used APIs (e.g., Stripe) and lesser-known ones (e.g., Kashflow).

Steps:
1️⃣ You will be invited to a short screening interview (15m)
2️⃣ If selected, we invite you to do a 4 hour paid sample project.
3️⃣ If the project goes well, you will be invited to an interview with our founder.
4️⃣ After the interview, if selected, we will work together on a 30-day paid trial before being offered a longer-term contract.
