We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to provide administrative support for our small business. Your main tasks will include:
Managing emails and calendar scheduling
Data entry and document organization (Google Drive, Excel)
Responding to messages or inquiries from customers (mostly in Thai or English)
Assisting with simple online research
Supporting our small e-commerce store (order tracking, updating product listings, etc.)
The ideal candidate should:
Be able to communicate clearly in Thai and basic English
Be familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and basic task tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
Be responsive, organized, and proactive
Previous experience is a plus, but not required
Workload: Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 10–15 hours/week)
Duration: Ongoing (long-term collaboration possible)
Start: As soon as possible
