Affiliate Marketing Manager (6 Hours/Day - Long-Term Position)

We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our affiliate program through consistent influencer outreach and genuine communication.

This is a remote job, Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. We’re prioritizing people with experience in marketing, affiliate programs, or influencer outreach - but if you don’t have direct experience and feel like you’d be amazing at this, we’d still love to hear from you and talk.

What you’ll be doing:

Researching aligned influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
Reaching out to them (mostly by email) and inviting them to join our affiliate campaigns
Helping new creators get set up with their affiliate links and discount codes
Organizing communication and tracking who responded, who needs follow-up, etc.
Supporting campaign logistics, including collecting content and coordinating timelines
Working closely with the team to keep things moving smoothly
Following our outreach strategy - but bringing your own voice and style to it

If you’ve worked with affiliate programs, marketing teams, or influencer outreach - that’s a huge plus.

We’ll provide full training, templates, step-by-step support, and everything you need to feel confident.
