We are a real estate investment firm specializing in raw land acquisitions, seeking a skilled automation specialist with a strong interest in ai to continuously develop, manage, and enhance our agentic ai automations. This role involves working with our existing technology stack and contributing to the evolution of our automated processes.
Our current technology stack includes N8N, Codex, and browser automation tools such as Playwright and Browser Flow. We also utilize OpenClaw, which is integrated into specific parts of our workflow.
Key responsibilities and required experience:
Successfully built automations involving web scraping or automated browser data entry on websites lacking an api or mcp connection.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage multi-step workflows in N8N that operate consistently on a scheduled basis in the background.
Candidates should be prepared to showcase prior work that demonstrates proficiency in these areas during an interview. We have a current system architecture that will be shared with selected candidates.
Additional experience that is highly valued, though not strictly required, includes a solid understanding and working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, MCPs, CLIs, and PostgreSQL databases.
