Ai-Powered Career Guidance and Placement Platform Development

We are seeking an experienced development team or individual freelancer to build a comprehensive AI-powered career guidance and placement platform. This platform aims to assist students and job seekers in their career preparation and job search by offering a suite of intelligent tools. Key functionalities will include AI mock interviews to simulate real-world scenarios and provide constructive feedback, detailed resume analysis to optimize presentation, and personalized learning roadmaps tailored to individual skill gaps and career aspirations. Users will also benefit from coding practice modules to enhance technical proficiency and receive intelligent job recommendations based on their skills and career goals. A central feature will be an AI chatbot designed to answer career-related questions and offer immediate feedback on interview performance. The platform will be developed using a modern technology stack, specifically React.js for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, MongoDB for the database, and Python for the core AI and Natural Language Processing components. The primary objective is to create an accessible, affordable, and highly effective solution for career guidance and job preparation, particularly for students and recent graduates.
