Recruitment Partnership for Ongoing Sourcing in Colombia and Venezuela

We are specifically interested in partners with strong sourcing networks in Colombia and Venezuela. We value strong communication, organized processes, and a commitment to long-term collaboration.

Payment structure: The first month offers $30 per successful hire. After the initial month, compensation will range from $15 to $40 per successful hire, depending on the specific project and recruitment requirements.
