Project Objectives:
- Develop capabilities to automatically respond to customer inquiries in both Arabic and English, ensuring comprehensive language support.
- Implement features to display products and prices, providing accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings.
- Integrate lead generation functionalities to collect information from potential customers and convert inquiries into valuable sales opportunities.
- Enable the system to assist customers in choosing suitable products and facilitate follow-up on their orders.
- Design a seamless handover mechanism to transfer complex or sensitive conversations to a human employee when AI assistance is insufficient.
- Incorporate tools to organize customer data efficiently and generate simple, insightful reports on sales performance and customer inquiry trends.

Technical Requirements:
We require the use of suitable AI and automation tools, prioritizing an easy-to-use interface for business owners. Secure and official integration with WhatsApp Business is crucial.
