Other roles needed In our company the customer comes first! We are a customer centric ecommerce store that brings new products to Brazil!
You will:
1. moderate our facebook posts with great response time
2. record and print testimonials for your marketing campaigns from social media
3. answer visitor/client questions (product tracking, product info, sales) and make sure they have an unbelievable experience
4. help grow our social networks (facebook, instagram, youtube) with posts/videos
5. sell and increase customer loyalty
6. you should:
- be quick and empathetic to answer client questions, and also to solve them out asap!
- work with ease with the computer and figuring things out
- have good and stable internet connection and laptop (we can't leave our customers with no answer)
- be on time and responsible
If we like working together, maybe you will get new tasks!
Possible timeframes:
- weekdays 16:30 till midnight, saturdays and sundays: 7:30 till midnight
