Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls and follow up with inbound inquiries to schedule appointments.
Understand client needs and match them with appropriate services or team members.
Maintain and update a detailed database of client interactions and appointments.
Send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients.
Work closely with the sales or client relations team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns professionally.
Identify potential clients through research or cold outreach as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficient in using CRM software (Pipedrive, Kixie) or other scheduling tools.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
