Role Type: Contractor (Remote - Latin America) What You’ll Do: Conduct cold and warm outreach Qualify leads using client criteria and scripts Book discovery or sales calls directly into the sales team’s calendar Track and hit weekly KPIs around number of outreach attempts, conversations, call bookings, and show-up rate Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with leads Work closely with sales and marketing to improve messaging and lead flow What You Bring: Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in writing Previous experience in appointment setting, lead gen, or a similar sales-adjacent role A goal-driven mindset and passion for hitting or exceeding targets Comfortable using tools like CRMs, calendars, and outreach platforms Organized, proactive, and capable of managing your own pipeline Compensation: Starting at $1,000 USD per month $5 bonus per show 3% commission on cash collected Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $1,000.00 per month
