Automated Whatsapp Booking System with Backend Integration

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to develop a comprehensive automated WhatsApp booking system. The system should facilitate customer bookings directly through WhatsApp and manage various backend processes.

The core components required are:

1.  **Booking Flow:** Implement a user-friendly process for customers to schedule appointments or services via WhatsApp.
2.  **Worker Registration Flow:** Create a system for workers to register and manage their availability within the platform.
3.  **Automated Reminders:** Set up automated reminders for both customers and workers regarding upcoming bookings.
4.  **Post-Booking Surveys:** Implement a mechanism to send automated surveys to customers after their service is completed.

The backend logic needs to support custom actions triggered by specific conditions. This should be achieved using integration and automation tools such as Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.

All relevant data, including bookings, worker information, reminders, and survey responses, must be stored in a structured database. Airtable is suggested, but flexibility with other suitable database solutions is acceptable.

The final system must be fully synced, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between WhatsApp, the automation platform, and the database.
