B2b Sales Closer for Ai Whatsapp Agents - Remote, Commission-Based

ZENALUZ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Closer to join our team remotely. We develop AI agents that manage WhatsApp communications for security system installers in Mexico. Our current successes include an installer in CDMX that generated 97 inquiries and scheduled 21 technical visits in its first month, and a dental clinic in Cancún that responds in 12 seconds and has been consistently busy for months. This is a pure closing role, involving 40-minute Google Meet calls with pre-qualified prospects (prospecting is handled internally). You will be provided with a detailed script, an 11-slide presentation deck, and a live product demo for prospects during the call. Compensation is commission-based: $2,400 MXN per closed client, paid half upon the client's first month payment and half upon their third month payment. There is no upfront payment and no cap on earnings. The initial volume is 15+ scheduled calls per month. We are looking for professionals with demonstrable experience closing B2B sales via video call, professional-level Spanish for communication with small and medium business owners in Mexico, a reliable camera, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace. Availability during Mexico Central time office hours is required. Please note: this business line is new. While the agency has existing paying clients, we have not yet closed a client in the security sector. This role is for someone who thrives on building and opening new markets.
