We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/Spanish) to support us-based customers for a us company. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support customers via phone, email, and live chat
-Provide accurate information about orders and products
-Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
-Deliver high-quality customer service on every interaction
Qualifications:
-Advanced English (B2/C1) – spoken and written (Daily communication with US customers)
-Fluent Spanish
-2+ years of customer service experience (phone, chat, email)
-Typing speed 40+ WPM
-Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps
-Available full-time during US business hours
-Must not have another active job
-Shopify experience
-Freshdesk or ticketing system experience
