We are a fast-growing iGaming and Crypto platform expanding our operations in the LATAM market, with a strong focus on Argentina. We are currently looking for Native Argentine Customer Support Specialists to join our 24/7 support team. If you understand the crypto space, know how local Argentine payment methods work, and want to earn in USDT, this is the perfect long-term role for you! What You Will Do: Provide excellent customer support via Live Chat and Email (in both Spanish and English). Assist users with deposits and withdrawals involving Crypto (usdt, btc) and local argentine fiat methods (mercado pago, lemon cash, bank transfers, etc.). Troubleshoot account issues, betting queries, and basic technical problems. Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (Morning / Afternoon / Night shifts). Requirements: Language: Native Argentine Spanish & Fluent/Advanced English (Bilingual is a MUST). Experience: Previous experience in iGaming (Casino/Sportsbetting) or Crypto customer support. Location: Must be based in Argentina (understand local slang and culture). Tech: Reliable high-speed internet and your own PC/Laptop. What We Offer: 100% Remote work.
