Description:
We are seeking bilingual (English and Spanish) Outbound Calling Specialists to help us generate qualified leads for integration services. The role involves targeting dual markets—Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients—while simplifying the integration process for non-technical prospects. The ideal candidate will have a clean Americanized accent, a deep understanding of WordPress integrations, and the ability to explain these solutions in a way that is completely uncomplicated for laypeople.
Scope of Work:
Outbound Calls: Use provided contact lists to contact potential clients in Spanish and English markets. Prospect assigned market for more potential contacts to call, focusing on adding 20 contacts to funnel daily.
Lead Qualification: Assess client interest, budget, and compatibility with integration services based on defined criteria focusing primarily on Wordpress brick and mortar businesses.
Simplify the Process: Explain WordPress integrations to prospects in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, focusing on value and simplicity.
CRM Updates: Record detailed client information and call notes in our CRM system (Zoho preferred).
Target: Deliver 10–20 qualified leads per week.
Expected Deliverables:
A list of qualified leads meeting the criteria provided (minimum 10 per week).
Complete and accurate lead details entered into the CRM, including contact information, notes, and relevant data.
Technology Involved:
CRM: Zoho CRM or equivalent for lead tracking.
Communication: Phone or VoIP software (e.g., Zoom, Skype, etc.). And e-mail. (Cold calls required!)
Prospecting Tools: Wappalyzer,
Hunter.io etc.
Time Frame:
Project Duration: 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Deliverables Due: Weekly lead submission, starting 7 days from project start.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish with a clean, Americanized accent.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress integrations and the ability to explain them simply.
Experience: Proven track record in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients in an approachable way.

We operate in the integration services sector, helping businesses streamline their tools and workflows through expert integration solutions. This project focuses on generating leads for WordPress-driven businesses and similar clients who need integration services in both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking markets.
Compensation:
This is a pay-per-qualified lead position with an hourly supplemental paid monthly. Your main bread and butter is lead generation. Qualified leads and closed deals will scale pay accordingly.
We will provide call scripts, sample lead profiles, and any additional resources needed, but this is an executive style position. We expect a general understanding of how an executive sales role works and what those expectations are. We are purely driven by results and hope that we can pay you as much money are you can stuff into your pockets ethically.
