We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant to contribute to the transformation.

As a Customer Success Consultant, you must have exceptional relationship & interpersonal skills, consultation experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities. You can relate to employees across all levels of an organization and are a strategic problem solver. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring customer adoption, developing strong relationships and most importantly creating the strategic business development plan and customer success path.



What You'll Do:

•    Create Strategic Relationships: Serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers, beginning from initial on-boarding to ongoing project success and subsequent renewals.
•    Customer Engagement: Work closely with the customer team to engage accounts based on potential to ensure maximizing the value of our subscriptions.
•    Internal Partnering: Provide feedback based on client requests and demands.
•    Business Development Execution: Create and monitor opportunities, identifying need, and timing to execute strategic customer success plans into action.
•    Monitor Customer Utilization: Identify trends and gives recommendations to product development based off such, including doing regular customer ‘health checkups’.
•    Be your customers’ champion!


Tech experience (asset):
•    Understanding on software and SaaS products
•    Background in business flow and process reengineering


What you’ll need:
•    100% bilingual (Spanish and English).
•    3-5+ years’ experience managing customer relationships in a sale, account management or customer success capacity.
•    Experience managing and expanding customer relationships.
•    Experience working within a SaaS organization, understanding subscription-based software models, and other aspects of business development.


•    Consultative and strategic approach to customers, including an ability to understand their needs and turn them into short and long-term action and success paths.
•    Ability to navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy and tact.
•    Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and customer retention rates.


•    Excellent communication skills, including listening to customers, understanding their unspoken needs and challenges.
•    Achievement oriented, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    High energy level, demonstrated drive to succeed, and a sense of urgency.


•    Experience within a fast paced, growing organization is advantageous.
•    A quiet place to work with a reliable and fast Internet connection. A good and fast computer with a legal copy of windows is necessary.

We will provide the virtual phone system that runs over the Internet and a web conference tool.
