Bilingual Spanish-English Representative for Job Search Calls

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Spanish-English speaking representative to handle calls on behalf of a client currently seeking employment in South America. The primary responsibility will be to manage incoming and outgoing calls related to business opportunities and job applications, effectively communicating with potential employers and contacts.

Compensation for this role is structured as follows:
- Per-Call Rate: $25 per call (most calls are expected to last under an hour).
- Success Bonus: An additional $300 will be awarded for every call that successfully results in a job offer or placement for the client.
