Bilingual Website & Marketing Assistant (Long-Term, Part-Time)

I’m the founder of a growing group of construction and business service companies based in the U.S. I’m currently looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help with website creation and updates, branding, and digital marketing. This is not a one-time job — I’m looking for someone who can grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time.

You should be skilled in WordPress (Elementor preferred), Canva Pro, and basic digital marketing (especially social media content creation and brand development). A background in graphic design is a big plus.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow general direction while also taking initiative. You’ll work directly with me and my team to help launch new websites, update visuals, and support online brand growth.

English proficiency is required, since most of our customer-facing content will be in English. However, we prefer to work with someone based in Mexico or Guatemala due to time zone compatibility and shared language/culture with our internal team.

We will start with a few hours per week and grow as the business expands. I’m looking for someone loyal, professional, and self-motivated — someone who wants stable, long-term work with a company that’s expanding quickly and values creativity and consistency.
