Build Ringa — Ai Receptionist for Dental Practices

We are seeking an experienced AI developer or a small team to build the core call-handling functionality for Ringa, an innovative AI receptionist platform designed for dental and medical practices. Ringa aims to provide 24/7 automated call answering, follow-up texts, and appointment booking, supporting multiple languages.

For this initial milestone, the primary focus is on developing the essential call-handling flow: an inbound or missed call should be seamlessly answered by an ai voice agent, followed by an automatic sms text-back to the caller, and finally, automated appointment booking into a calendar system.

Our preferred technology stack includes:
- Twilio for robust telephony and SMS capabilities.
- A real-time voice AI provider such as Vapi, Retell, or Bland for natural conversational experiences.
- A Large Language Model (LLM) like Claude or GPT for advanced conversation logic and understanding.
- Integration with a suitable calendar/booking system.

Key priorities for this project include clean, well-documented code and ensuring low-latency voice interactions to provide a smooth user experience. We have detailed designs and a technical specification ready to be shared with the selected freelancer or team.
