Food Tech Mexico Exhibition Specialist: Outreach, Preparation & On-site Support

We are seeking a knowledgeable freelancer to assist our team with preparations and on-site support for the upcoming Food Tech Mexico exhibition in Mexico City, scheduled for the end of September. The ideal candidate will possess a background or studies in food supplements and food technology, enabling them to effectively represent our company and engage with industry professionals. Key responsibilities include: Exhibition Preparation: Assisting with all necessary preparations to ensure a successful presence at the event. This may involve researching market trends, competitor analysis, and contributing to presentation materials. Company Outreach & Meeting Scheduling: Proactively identifying and contacting target companies to schedule meetings for our team during the exhibition. This requires strong communication and lead generation skills. On-site Exhibition Support: Spending two full days on the exhibition stand with our team, engaging with visitors, explaining our products/services, and generating qualified leads. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills are crucial for this role. We are looking for a proactive and articulate individual who can seamlessly integrate into our team and contribute significantly to our exhibition goals.
