We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Growth Specialist to join our team. Our platform connects companies worldwide with vetted procurement specialists, offering services such as sourcing, cost reduction, category management, interim cover, and transformation programmes. With over 6,000 freelancers and active international growth, we need a specialist to drive new corporate client acquisition.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Building and executing targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Conducting discovery calls with senior decision-makers, including CFOs, CPOs, and operations leaders, to present our platform and value proposition.
Supporting strategic partnerships with relevant procurement associations to expand our network and reach.
Assisting with backlink outreach initiatives and coordinating SEO content to improve our online visibility and organic growth.

We are looking for a professional with:

2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B business development or growth roles.
Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Waalaxy, or similar platforms.
Excellent written English communication skills.
An organised, analytical mindset, comfortable and proficient in engaging in senior-level conversations.

This is a remote position offering direct access to the founding team from day one, providing a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our expansion.
