Objective:
Your mission is to initiate outbound calls to General Contractors and Property Management companies to introduce our commercial and residential painting services. The goal is to open the door for further communication, build relationships, and identify immediate or future needs for painting or maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound cold calling to a list of qualified leads provided via our CRM.

Introduce our company and highlight our services (interior/exterior painting, maintenance repainting, etc.).

Ask discovery questions to identify current or upcoming projects where painting services might be needed.

Gauge interest and set appointments or follow-ups with decision-makers.

Log all calls, notes, and next steps in our CRM. Every contact attempt and outcome must be tracked for follow-up and performance tracking.

Aim to add value on every call and leave a strong impression, even if they don’t need services immediately.
