Community & Social Media Manager – Bali Area (Remote)

We're looking for a Community & Social Media Manager for Cuci Helm Oto, an automatic helmet cleaning service based in Bali, Indonesia. Your missions include: Reply to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp messages daily (08:00–21:00 WITA). Create 3–5 short videos/visuals per week (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Send a short daily report (volume, issues, insights). Escalate urgent issues immediately. Optimize profiles (bio, highlights, etc.). Increase numbers of followers. Required skills and experience: Fluent Bahasa Indonesia + basic English. Experienced with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business. Able to create short videos (CapCut, Canva or similar). Responsive, organized, available on weekends. Based in Bali to be able to record video in different spots. Bonus points for: Experience managing brand accounts. Familiar with Respond.io or Meta Business Suite. Experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads. The contract will start with a paid 2-week trial, with the potential for a long-term engagement if it's a good fit.
