We are looking for a native English content manager and community manager to work with two U.S.-Based shoe brands (sold primarily on Amazon Marketplace).

The scope includes:
- Writing engaging social media content (captions, post copy, short scripts).
- Creating and managing a consistent content calendar.
- Scheduling and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Handling basic community management (replying to comments/messages, fostering brand interaction).
- Maintaining brand voice and consistency across both companies.

We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with social media best practices for lifestyle/retail brands.

Project overview

We manage two shoe companies that sell mainly through Amazon Marketplace in the United States. Our goal is to build a stronger social media presence to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately drive sales. We want a professional who not only writes and schedules content, but also actively manages interactions with followers to strengthen trust and loyalty. This is not just about posting — it’s about creating a consistent brand voice, building a community, and ensuring that our customers feel connected to the products. The right person will understand both e-commerce dynamics and social media culture, and be able to adapt tone and content to resonate with U.S. Audiences.
