Create Motivational Youtube Videos

I am seeking a talented and reliable video editor to create and edit engaging YouTube videos on a weekly basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, understands YouTube's algorithm, and can produce high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with viewers.

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce 1-2 videos per week, with potential for more as the channel grows.
Add compelling graphics, animations, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.
Optimize videos for YouTube (thumbnails, captions, end screens, etc.).
Collaborate on creative concepts and provide input on content structure.
Manage revisions to ensure the final product aligns with my vision and audience expectations.
Requirements:

Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
Experience with YouTube content creation and understanding of platform trends.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Portfolio or examples of previous video editing work (preferably for YouTube).
Preferred Skills:

Graphic design experience for custom thumbnails.
Basic knowledge of SEO and video analytics.
Experience with motion graphics and color grading.
