Custom Mobile Application for Timesheet and Material Tracking with Advanced Approval Workflows

We are seeking a skilled developer or team to create a custom mobile application for our works department. The application will streamline timesheet submission and material tracking for a team of 9, comprising 3 Foresters, 3 Builders, and 3 Joiners.

Key functionalities required:
- Property Selection: A dropdown list containing approximately 300 properties for users to select from.
- Time Tracking: Users must be able to log job durations (e.g., 15 minutes, 2 hours), accommodating multiple jobs per day.
- Job Details: A free-text field for entering a job number and a brief summary of the work completed.
- Material Usage: A dropdown list for selecting materials used, accompanied by a quantity field. The system must support the entry of multiple materials per job.

The application requires a robust approval workflow:
- Builders and Joiners timesheets will be submitted to a designated manager for review and approval, with the ability for the manager to edit entries.
- Foresters timesheets will be routed to a separate manager for their approval.

An administrative interface is essential for:
- Reviewing all submitted timesheet data.
- Amending entries as necessary.
- Generating comprehensive reports from the collected data.

The initial user base will be 12 (9 team members, 2 managers, 1 administrator), with potential for expansion across the wider business in the future. The application must be highly user-friendly and intuitive for all roles.
