We are a growing e-commerce company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, operating with a Cash on Delivery (COD) system. Every day, many customers place or start orders on our website. Your role will help us call these customers to confirm deliveries and recover incomplete orders, ensuring smooth communication and higher conversion rates. All calls are made through our online software, and you’ll work closely with our remote customer support team.
