This is a contract position offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced startup environment. As the Customer Success Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to build relationships, promote our brand, and expand our curated venue offerings. This role focuses on attracting, growing, and retaining retreat hosts globally by showcasing the value of LAIGO’s platform and empowering them to scale their retreat businesses more efficiently.
You will work directly with retreat hosts and venues, ensuring they fully understand and leverage LAIGO’s solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about wellness and travel. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, hands-on experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to make meaningful contributions that directly impact the growth of the business.
