Data Analyst (Property Project)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team for a project-based role. Our company is developing an AI-driven property trust and risk-analysis platform, specifically targeting residential sales listings in key U.S. Cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Seattle. This role is crucial for establishing our pre-launch data foundation.

The primary responsibilities include:
- Collecting, normalizing, and structuring sales-listing data for condos and apartments only.
- Capturing essential information such as listing descriptions, asking prices, images, and core property metadata.
- The goal is to build baseline patterns for price dispersion, identify duplicate or recycled listings, and flag misleading or low-quality content.

Precision and consistency are paramount for this role, more so than raw speed. You will be provided with a defined task specification and are expected to deliver clean, structured datasets. 

- Project Budget is $7-10 USD / Hour
- Project Hours 7-40 Hours depending on output results. (Min 7-10 hours) 
- Non Technical role
- Must be proficient with Excel
- Suited for Virtual Assistant or Data Assistant (Junior but thorough)
