Data Migration and Integration from Exact Globe/Synergy to Aces Port Management System (Empormontt)

Empormontt requires a highly skilled data migration specialist to transfer seven years of critical financial and operational data from our existing Exact Globe and Exact Synergy platforms to aces, our new sql server-based port management system. This comprehensive project encompasses the entire data lifecycle, from initial analysis and detailed mapping to transformation and final data loading.

The scope includes multiple databases containing essential information such as dem/drm port-service liquidations, invoicing records, general ledger transactions, and all supporting structures necessary for complete accounting traceability. The primary objective is to ensure every source table is accurately mapped, transformed, and loaded into the ACES relational model without any loss of context or integrity. Key requirements include maintaining absolute data accuracy, performing rigorous field-level validation, ensuring format consistency, preserving original timestamps, and establishing full end-to-end auditability for all migrated data.

Both the source (Exact Globe/Synergy) and target (aces) environments operate on sql server. Therefore, the successful freelancer must possess strong expertise in T-sql, experience with ssis or equivalent robust etl (extract, transform, load) frameworks, and a proven track record in delivering version-controlled scripts.

Deliverables for this project include:

*  A comprehensive data-mapping document, meticulously detailing the link between every Exact field and its corresponding ACES target field.
*  Reusable and parameterized ETL packages or scripts, designed for repeatable and efficient data migration runs.
*  Robust validation routines and detailed reports that conclusively demonstrate parity in record counts, financial balances, and hash totals between the source and target systems.
*  A detailed migration runbook, outlining all steps and procedures, along with a dedicated handover session for Empormontt's internal IT team.

Acceptance Criteria:

*  All balance sheet and income statement figures within the ACES system must reconcile 100% with the original Exact data.
*  Operational service records in ACES must accurately reproduce identical invoice totals as found in the source systems.
*  All migration logs must be timestamped and fully auditable to ensure complete future traceability and compliance.
