Project scope: FFN Frontend Audit / Trial Phase
This is not the full implementation project yet.
The purpose of this first milestone is to review the existing ffn custom frontend safely and provide a written technical/ux audit before deciding on any larger implementation phase.

Audit scope:
* review current frontend/codebase structure
* identify component and maintainability issues
* review mobile UX and responsive behavior
* check homepage hierarchy and product presentation
* review performance and loading issues
* Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals baseline where applicable
* identify SEO/schema/accessibility quick wins where applicable
* provide prioritized findings
* provide a recommended Phase 1 implementation roadmap
Access:
* read-only repository access only
* live URL for performance review
* no production admin access
* no deployment access
* no checkout/payment access
* no sensitive credentials
Deliverable:
* written audit document/report
* prioritized issue list
* recommended next steps
* Phase 1 roadmap
Important:
This audit/trial milestone does not automatically include full implementation. Any implementation work after the audit must be separately reviewed, approved, scoped and funded.
