Full-Stack Development: Dashboard Publication, Database, and User Segmentation Module

We are seeking an experienced freelancer to finalize and publish a partially developed dashboard. The project involves several key components:

1.  Dashboard Publication: Take our existing, partially developed dashboard and prepare it for live deployment, ensuring all functionalities are operational and stable.
2.  Database Table Creation: Design and implement robust database tables specifically structured to be populated daily with data from CSV files. This includes defining schemas, relationships, and ensuring data integrity.
3.  Daily CSV Data Ingestion: Develop a reliable process or script to automatically ingest and process daily CSV files into the newly created database tables.
4.  User Segmentation Module: Create a comprehensive user module that allows for the segmentation of user profiles. This module must control data visibility, ensuring that each user profile can only access and view information relevant to their specific permissions and segments. The solution should be scalable and secure.
