Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Buyer Lead Qualification (English/Spanish)

Q Mortgage, a rapidly expanding mortgage and real estate company based in California, is seeking two highly motivated, bilingual Virtual Assistants to join our buyer lead team. This is a part-time, remote position, approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Looking for people in Columbia and or Mexico

As the first point of contact for our buyer leads, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, gather essential information, and facilitate warm transfers to our loan officers. We are looking for individuals who can quickly establish rapport and efficiently manage a lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly call new buyer leads, ideally within 5 minutes of their arrival.
* Accurately complete intake forms during calls to collect client information.
* Perform warm transfers of qualified, hot leads directly to our loan officer team.
* Leave professional voicemails and send follow-up texts when leads are unreachable.
* Maintain detailed notes within our crm system (rad crm, built on go high level).
* Proactively set follow-up reminders and manage your daily lead pipeline.

What We're Looking For:
* Absolute fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong note-taking abilities.
* A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
* Self-motivated and punctual, with the ability to manage your shift independently.
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is a significant advantage.

Available Shifts:
* Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST
* Evening Shift: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST
