Deployment and Quality Assurance for Customer Service Application

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with the deployment and comprehensive quality assurance testing of a customer service application. The primary objective of this project is to thoroughly evaluate the performance and reliability of various online services, using our customer service app as a testing tool. The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Deploying the customer service application to a suitable testing environment. Configuring the application to interact with specified online services, such as Globo and Pedidos Ya. Developing and executing a robust test plan to assess the quality, functionality, and user experience of these online services through the app. Identifying and documenting any bugs, performance issues, or areas for improvement. Providing detailed reports on test results and recommendations. Experience with application deployment, quality assurance methodologies, and testing online service integrations is essential. We are looking for a professional who can ensure our application effectively measures and validates the quality of third-party online platforms.
