I need a Landing Page which offers visitors a free business health check for small and medium sized companies.
1. The landing page should have some narrative text (<100 words) to explain why it benefits the users to do the healthcheck, and how long it'll take.
2. The landing page should then allow the user to click 'start my business healthcheck' and launch into a series of Questions, the answers can be yes, no or open answers.
3.  After the questionnaire is completed, a DYNAMIC pdf document will need to be auto-populated (depending on the answers provided) and available for download by the user

Project overview

I want to create a Landing Page to TEST the idea or response to a Business Health Check for small businesses / companies. The core purpose of the landing page will be: 1. To have a Questionnaire for the user to complete (mostly yes or no answers), and 2. Populate the yes or no responses into a report of recommendations
