Develop a Mobile-First Sales Activity and Customer Management System (Low-Code)

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a lightweight, mobile-first sales activity and customer management system. Our sales team operates primarily in the field, requiring an intuitive solution for easy data input from mobile devices, following a predefined format. All data must be saved immediately to a central database.

The core functionality includes allowing salespeople to quickly record customer meetings, progress status, and next actions via their mobile phones. This data should be reflected in real time in the database and automatically visualized on a management dashboard.

Additionally, the system needs a Customer Master to centrally store and manage key customer information, such as customer status (prospect, active), order and sales details, and agreed contract conditions. The Customer Master must be linked to sales activity records to enable comprehensive tracking of customer progress and history over time.

The expected system flow is: mobile data input -> sales activity database -> customer master linkage -> real-time dashboard visualization.

We prefer a no-code or low-code development approach, utilizing tools such as Google Forms and Google Sheets, or platforms like Glide or AppSheet, combined with a dashboard tool like Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). The objective is to create a simple, practical tool that salespeople can use in the field without extensive training, rather than a heavy, complex CRM.

Final deliverables for this project include:
- A structured database design.
- A mobile-friendly data input interface.
- A real-time dashboard for tracking sales progress.
- Basic user guidance for internal use.

Experience with mobile-based sales input systems, Google Workspace automation, or no-code/low-code CRM-like tools is highly preferred.
