Develop a Telegram Mini Crm and Task Management Platform with Web Dashboard

I am developing a lightweight CRM and task management platform designed specifically for Telegram-based teams and online communities. The goal is to help small remote teams manage operations directly from Telegram while keeping a clean web dashboard for administration and analytics. The platform will include core features such as Telegram Bot Integration, Task Assignment and Status Tracking, Team Role Management, Revenue and Expense Tracking, Crypto Payment Logging (usdt/btc), project phase management, notification and reminder system, an admin web dashboard, and activity logs and reports. This solution targets small startups, remote development teams, affiliate marketing groups, crypto communities, online agencies, and Discord/Telegram-based projects. Many online teams already operate through Telegram but lack structured workflow management tools. This project aims to combine communication and operations into a simple, fast, and cost-efficient platform. The current status involves planning MVP architecture and gathering feedback before development begins. The technical stack for this project includes Node.js and NestJS for the backend, PostgreSQL and Redis for databases, Next.js and TailwindCSS for the frontend, and Docker for infrastructure with cloud deployment, utilizing the Telegram Bot API.
