capabilities.Key deliverables include:Backend and Database Development: Implement the new psychosocial test, including uploading a fixed set of provided questions. Questions must be grouped by psychosocial dimensions (e.g., Workload, social support). Configure a Likert-scale response format (1 to 5) for all questions.Frontend Integration: Integrate the test into the user interface, providing easy access from the homepage and main menu. The design must be clean, mobile-friendly, and fully responsive across various
devices.User Flow Implementation: Develop a user flow that allows anonymous access to the test (no login required). Users must accept a Consent Form before starting the test, and their responses should be saved directly to the database.Analysis and Reporting Dashboard: Create an administrative dashboard for comprehensive results analysis. This dashboard should display average scores by dimension, a breakdown of results by department (if applicable), and overall company results.Automated Report Generation: Implement functionality to generate automated reports, available in PDF format or viewable on-screen. These reports must include the company name, charts for each psychosocial dimension, and actionable insights or recommendations based on the
