We are seeking an experienced mobile and desktop app developer to create a secure mesh VPN application with functionality similar to Tailscale. The primary goal is to provide our organization with a user-friendly, zero-configuration secure network solution that can be fully white-labeled with our company's branding.

The app should replicate Tailscale's core features, including but not limited to:
- **Seamless Peer-to-Peer Connectivity:** Utilizing a modern, secure protocol (e.g., WireGuard) for direct connections between devices.
- **Automatic NAT Traversal:** Ensuring connectivity even behind firewalls and complex network configurations.
- **Cross-Platform Compatibility:** Client applications for major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
- **Identity-Based Access Control:** Integration with an authentication system (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or a custom user directory) for managing user access.
- **Centralized Administration Panel:** A web-based interface for managing users, devices, network policies, and subnets.
- **DNS Management:** Ability to configure custom DNS settings within the private network.
- **Custom Branding:** The ability to fully integrate our company's logo, color scheme, and potentially custom domain for the administrative panel.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in network security, VPN technologies (especially WireGuard), cross-platform app development, and cloud infrastructure for deployment. Please highlight your experience with similar projects or relevant technologies.
