This project involves the development of a scalable digital platform for an Australian cleaning company focused on delivering high quality, safe, and inclusive services in Melbourne .

The first phase consists of building a fully automated website that allows clients to book services online, view real time availability, manage recurring appointments, and complete secure integrated payments. The platform must be user friendly, mobile responsive, and designed with strong attention to performance, security, and future scalability. Automation is a key requirement, reducing manual administrative work and improving operational efficiency.

The website should also support account creation, booking management, service customization, and automated confirmations and reminders.

Following the successful launch of the website, the second phase will involve developing two proprietary mobile applications: one for clients and one for cleaners. The client app will allow booking management, secure payments, service tracking, and communication. The cleaner app will include job scheduling, availability management, task tracking, payment visibility, and operational tools.
