We’re looking for a Digital Creative & Content Specialist who can turn complex technology into content that sparks curiosity, builds trust, and drives engagement — especially among manufacturing decision-makers in Indonesia (C-levels, plant managers, engineers, and finance leaders).
Your Mission
You’ll develop and execute a story-driven content strategy across LinkedIn and Instagram — designed to make our audience curious, inspired, and informed about how digital transformation is reshaping Indonesia’s manufacturing world.
Each post will be part of a clear storytelling flow, guiding the audience through:
Awareness – introducing a challenge or trend in manufacturing
Insight – showing how innovation (IoT, AI, Digital Twin) addresses it
Value – highlighting GONSTERS’ approach or project impact
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the blog with strategic storytelling flow
2. Write engaging, curiosity-driven posts around AI, IoT, Digital Twin, and industrial automation
3. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to uncover real stories, visuals, and insights
4. Design or guide visual content (infographics, reels, carousels, short videos) that support each post’s storyline
5. Analyze engagement metrics to refine storytelling impact and conversion
6. Keep updated on trends in industrial technology and B2B content marketing
Your Profile:
1. Experienced in content creation, storytelling, or social media strategy, preferably in tech, industrial, or B2B environments
2. Strong ability to turn technical ideas into curiosity-driven stories
3. Excellent written English and structured thinking
4. Creative, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with technical teams
5. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
What We Expect:
1. Minimum 3 posts per week, each following a clear content flow
2. Each post must have a defined goal (awareness, engagement, or conversion)
3. Applicants must include a 1-month content plan proposal, showing how they’d build curiosity and flow through multiple posts
