We are a lifestyle retail brand seeking an experienced Digital Media Buying Strategy Consultant. Our in-house digital media buying team has recently downsized, leaving a junior resource to manage our ad campaigns. This has led to inconsistent performance and a significant increase in Cost Per Result (CPR) over the past few months. We are looking for external expertise to assess our current setup, diagnose core issues, and provide strategic guidance to improve our media buying performance. Our primary objectives are to drive brand awareness and grow our follower base, followed by improving overall engagement. Our main focus channels are Facebook and Instagram, with TikTok as a secondary platform. A key challenge is that our ads are not directly linked to our e-commerce website, as e-commerce operations are managed separately by other team. This creates limitations in terms of Call-to-Action (CTA) options and conversion tracking. We need innovative solutions to better direct users to our brand pages and overcome these tracking constraints. The ideal consultant will be able to provide a comprehensive diagnosis, actionable strategic recommendations, and help elevate our overall digital media buying effectiveness. At the same time, grow our follower base.
