We are an e-commerce business operating through Shopify. We are currently looking for someone who can handle customer support emails, which are mostly related to return requests or tracking number inquiries.

We usually receive around 20 emails per day. We already have one trusted person on the team, but we want to expand the team. For this reason, we believe that starting with around 1 hour per day would be sufficient, with the possibility of increasing to 2 hours per day if everything goes well.



Buscamos un freelancer para gestionar la atención al cliente de nuestro e-commerce  en Shopify. La tarea principal será responder a los correos electrónicos de los clientes, resolviendo dudas, gestionando pedidos y proporcionando soporte general. Se requiere disponibilidad de 1 a 2 horas diarias. Es imprescindible que el candidato tenga un excelente dominio del idioma inglés para comunicarse eficazmente con nuestros clientes.
