Input patient information and soap notes into our ehr system (training provided)
transcribe and organize short voice dictations or bullet notes
work with chatgpt prompts (we’ll train you!) to help auto-generate draft clinical notes
follow templates and guidelines for billing codes (like neuromuscular reeducation)
help request new referrals (templates and training provided)
perform light admin tasks (e.g., Checking emails, organizing files, patient follow-up)
Eventually support marketing or task organization inside Go High Level CRM (optional)

Project overview

Strong written and spoken English Excellent attention to detail (especially with spelling, grammar, and patient data) Familiarity with medical or chiropractic terms is a PLUS Fast typing skills and strong internet connection Comfortable learning tools like ChatGPT, Google Drive, and EHR software (we will guide you) Familiarity with SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) preferred 🎯 Bonus Skills (Not required but a plus!) Experience with chiropractic, acupuncture, or functional medicine documentation Medical or healthcare background (nursing, PT, med transcription) Familiarity with Go High Level, Canva, or basic marketing support
