Establish and Manage Global Operations for Custom Cat T-Shirt Startup

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to establish and manage the operational team for our innovative custom cat t-shirt startup. Our unique business model focuses on creating personalized t-shirts for cat lovers worldwide. The process involves customers submitting their beloved cat's picture, which is then expertly processed using Photoshop to create a custom design. This design is subsequently sent to Printify, our print-on-demand partner, who handles the printing and direct shipping to the customer. This project requires building and overseeing a team responsible for all non-financial aspects of the business, including design workflow, e-commerce platform integration and management (connecting with Printify), global marketing and sales strategies, and customer service. The primary objective is to scale our on-demand system to achieve a significant global market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, and the ability to coordinate diverse functions to ensure seamless execution and growth.
